 > I'm trying to update the Oceania local chapter page, just a minor
 change, but the 'Update' button isn't working. Do I have the right
 privileges?

 > The only change I'm trying to make right now is to update our Twitter
 link to https://twitter.com/osgeo_oceania.

 I confirm that:
 - The modifying the field for the tweet,
  - clicking update button, the link did not change.
  - clicking the preview button, the tweet link did not chante.
 - Removing the field for the tweet
  - clicking the preview button, the tweet link still there
  - clicking the update button, the tweet link still there
