 * geonetwork-snapshots (hosted), which is included in snapshot (group)
 * geonetwork-administrator"with admin for the above two repositories
 * juanluisrp (LDAP) user assigned geonetwork-administrator role
 * gnbuild (local) user assigned geonetwork-administrator role for jenkins
 automation

 Next steps:

 1. Confirm access with juanluisrr
 2. Add remaining geonetwork psc users
 3. Added cache repositories to optimize geonetwork build
