 the wiki ticket #2488 is fixed (not this one #2492)

 * OSGeo logo is there again: https://wiki.osgeo.org
 * favicon is ther too with Chromium https://wiki.osgeo.org


 But this ticket is about https://osgeo.org our wordpress instance. This
 still shows the W-logo-favicon from wordpress
