 According to
 https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC_Service_Status#Logging_into_LXD_Hosts you
 need to go thru OSU OSL VPN to access the LXD hosts in case of boot
 failure or similar (IP misconfiguration comes to my mind). But there are
 no further instructions about doing so.

 The OSL page
 https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OSL#How_to_Administer_VMs_with_VM_Manager
 mentions ganeti as a VM manager but the referenced URL is not responding
 which I guess means the information is outdated.

 This ticket is to update the information and reduce duplication.
