 So we can have port 22 available for both with no conflicts.

 Currently git,trac,svn are all "aliases" to osgeo7, while "download" is on
 its own (A record, I guess). Maybe it would be easier to change IP of
 download.osgeo.org, for less surprises ?

 Change of IP will be needed to advance with Gitea ssh support (#2457)
