 Hi, as MapCache release manager and following
 [https://github.com/mapserver/docs/pull/307#issuecomment-584620761 Jeff
 McKenna advice], I would like to upload MapCache archive at each release,
 starting from 1.10-rc1 right now.

 Therefore I request access to download.osgeo.org.
