 Can we please get some traction on this ticket.  I'd like to have osgeo3
 hardware set so I can rebuild it.  I've been hesitant to offer people
 services on OSGEO infrastructure without an additional server.

 The plan was:

 osgeo7 - mission critical stuff (fairly non-security risky stuff)
 osgeo4 - play stuff, development environment, holds backups for osgeo7
 (possible osgeo3)
 osgeo3 - production, somewhat security risky stuff (e.g. CI containers and
 VMS), old containers
