Comment:

 Review complete, we have one non-free plugin which we have now paid for
 (see https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2399).

 Decision to use this plugin was made by wordpress consultant and noted as
 part of rebranding proposal. Doing a bit more research I see why the
 technology was chosen as it gives some cross-linking ability which was
 noted as one of our requirements (to link service providers and geoforall
 labs to projects etc...)
