 A new repo has been setup at https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive-doc-
 archive to host all old versions of the OSGeoLive docs.

 These are published automatically as GitHub pages. It would be good to use
 an OSGeo domain to serve these pages.

 This requires a new subdomain to be created: live-archive.osgeo.org

 A new CNAME record then needs to be created to point to osgeo.github.io.
