 Hello!

 I'm Andrea, from the BALOC FOSS4G 2021, how are you?
 Several days ago I wanted to create a new user on the wiki, but I did not
 receive the account confirmation email for the FOSS4G 2021 logo contest.
 We have also received a complaint from another user that the same thing
 happens.

 This prevents us from uploading their logos. You could review it?
