 Hi Martin.

 I am about to send the mail with the Missing Information for you to access
 the the administration of the mailing list.
 Problems with that step please report privately replying to that mail.

 If no problem then also test that people can register to the mailing list
 and sending an initial testing mail and that you can see the history of
 mails.

 Once that test is done please report here
