 I confirmed Darkblue_b account exists, but it's not in active list of
 users which I presume is the issue.

 I don't see it in blocked list either and can't find a checkbox in system
 to reactivate it.  It doesn't show in pending activation list either.

 Anyone who knows more about wiki please chime in - thanks.  If not I can
 ask our LDAP Wiki contractor how to reactivate or what could have caused
 the deactivation
