 I ended up having to reboot OSGeo7 to fix this issue as even

 Did not fix the issue.

 For some reason some containers did not start back on their own so I ended
 up manually restarting them

 Ones I had to manually restart

 download
 grass
 nextcloud-ubuntu
 nginx
 old-projects
 secure
 wordpress
 }}}

 oddly enough none of the containers with docker installed needed a manual
 start. Not sure if there is significance to that or not.

 Regarding the note from info at osgeo.org about wordpress running out of disk
 space.  It had plenty of disk space, but I suspect the issue with the
 mount might have triggered a low disk space error. So I don't think that
 was a fake message.
