[SAC] New sysadmin contract

Thanks for putting that together. I bumped the vote thread, might not 
have been clear based on the subject.

After reviewing the contract, my biggest concern is that it's only 
through the end of December. Can we make it at least 3 months, end of 
Jan 2021?

Also, there doesn't seem to be any noted tasks that we know will fall 
under this. Not necessarily an issue, but if we are going to spend all 
those hours in 3 months might be good to note the big items.
