[SAC] FOSS4G domain mail server

[Alex Mandel]

If someone on your team is capable of setting up a mail server for this, 
we can easily make a container or give them access to one. No need to 
temporarily do it somewhere else. As with most things the limitations 
are person time.

Regina or Sandro, do you have thoughts on a solution?
