 we'd like that a gdal-sponsors at osgeo.org email alias to be created to
 manage relationships with sponsors of the GDAL project.

 For now, this alias should redirect to:
 - even.rouault at spatialys.com
 - howard at hobu.co
 - pramsey at cleverelephant.ca
 - cholmes at planet.com
