 We'd like a mailing list setup to allow for users to submit issues of
 security of vulnerabilities for the geopython suite of projects (pycsw,
 pygeoapi, etc.).  Other OSGeo projects have a dedicated email (mapserver-
 security at lists.osgeo.org, geoserver-security at lists.osgeo.org), so we are
 happy to follow a similar type of setup.

 The mailing list should be called geopython-security at osgeo.org and:
 - not advertised on https://lists.osgeo.org
 - enabled to allow for anyone to send an email to it (moderated is fine)

 I can be the admin for now.
