 FOSS4G2022 needs pretalx-public-voting.
 I'm working on building a custom docker image.  Testing on the backup of
 pretalx osgeo3 container I created.

 I will push the docker image to docker.osgeo.org once I am done.
 and also have a repo here - https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/pretalx
 to keep track of customizations
