 ​http://demo.pycsw.org is running off a rented server at hezner, provided
 by psc members.

 We (psc of pygeoapi) would like a new VM so we can setup an autodeploy via
 git, which will lessen the presure budget of psc members

 The vm will have latest and stable demo of pygeoapi, documentation and
 website (mkdocs).
