 Initial login with Wiki, and converting to LDAP works. Minor, we should
 add a link to sign up for LDAP if needed, in the statement.
 Now the confusing part is what happened after, upon trying to login again
 the username was filled in 'Wiki-', which didn't work. Changing it to my
 LDAP username works but then I get a prompt to 'Merge old wiki accounts
 with LDAP accounts' which isn't well explained and doesn't work.
