 Thanks Vicky. I posted a new test message to the new email, and received
 it, but it doesn't appear in the online archive at
 https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/gdal-advisory-council/ (there should be
 a June archive with it.)

 Not sure if that might be related but in
 https://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/admin/gdal-advisory-council/general , I
 did 2 minor changes: change the "real_name" setting from "Gdal-advisory-
 council" to "gdal-advisory-council" (lower case initial 'g'), and
 similarly for the "subject_prefix" setting.
