 The sending of the email to the subscribers works, since I've received a
 copy of the emails I sent to the list. But they don't appear in the
 archive at https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/gdal-advisory-council/ , such
 as the one attached "[gdal-advisory-council] Test renamed list - take
 2.eml"
