 The upgrade somehow broke the mail on trac.  Trac was using local smtp
 which I think is postfix.  I can't figure out what is up since doing a
 test mail worked.

 For now I changed the /var/www/trac/env/osgeo/trac.ini
 :/var/www/trac/env/postgis/conf/trac.ini to use mail.osgeo.org.  Which is
 fine.

 But I would like to troubleshoot why it's not working since I may run into
 the same issue upgrading osgeo6 (mail.osgeo.org)
