 I setup a new bare-bones OS container on osgeo7 called "live" dedicated to
 osgeo-live project use.

 It is the first one using the new OSGeo 20.04 image I built using ansible.
 I handed it over to darkblueb to inspect and determine what else needs to
 be done.

 Both darkblueb and kalax (Angelos) have sudo rights for it to install
 whatever is needed

 The plan for it is 2
