 Okay I think it's fixed.  Just let it accept the svn.osgeo.org cert.
 However I am worried some blogs might not be picking up because of the
 letencrypt.

 I'm planning to move planet to a newer server on osgeo3 (probably geo-docs
 debian11 server).  I just need to make sure the script will work (might
 not as I think it relies on python 2.something).

 I'm going to keep this ticket open until I have a new home for it.
