Comment:

 Upgraded dronie-server from drone 1 to drone 2. That fixed the issue with
 gitea not being able to make web hook requests.

 It looks like a new agent has not been released recently (last one was 23
 months ago) which all agents are currently running. So that doesn't need
 upgrading.

 I did start up a new lxd client on osgeo9 that is running drone-agent --
 called dronie-client but using the osgeo-debian-11-docker image I recently
 created and has 4 runners.
