 Hi,
 a GeoServer user performing custom builds on a daily basis has reported to
 me that downloads time out and/or fail with responses reporting "CrowdSec
 Access Forbidden".

 The user checked in his organization (DLR, the german aerospace center)
 and it does not seem like it's setup there.

 Is this some new access/traffic control installed at OSGeo instead?
