 old-projects is running debian squeeze, which I think is too old to bother
 upgrading.

 So instead I'll build a new one (called projects), and attempt to resetup
 spatialreference.org on it.

 The only thing else running on it looks to be community-review.foss4g.org,
 which was used for foss4g voting.  FOSS4G presentation voting and
 presentation collection is done using pretalx on talks.osgeo.org. So only
 reason to reset community-review.foss4g.org up is for historical history.
