 One slight correction.  I can help with the dns part but can't help with
 setting up any repo or transferring a repository on Github.  So once the
 repository is setup and configured for the domain, just let me know the
 subdomain and I can set that up.  I can even setup the dns subdomain ahead
 of time if I know what the domain should be.

 Are you planning on crs-explorer.proj.org ?
