 I can't log into any of the osgeo3 containers or do lxc list.  It just
 hangs.  I also got some backup failure notices yesterday when osgeo4 tried
 to back it up.

 I wanted to check on the issue of expiring certs for docker.

 repo.osgeo.org seems to be working fine though as are limesurvey.osgeo.org
 and planet.osgeo.org which are all housed on osgeo3.

 It's possible its is in the middle of an lxd upgrade, so I'll check on it
 later today
