 I've gone ahead and made this change

 /etc/postfix/main.cf:
     smtpd_discard_ehlo_keywords = silent-discard, dsn
 }}}

 and ran


 {{{
 systemctl reload postfix
 }}}

 That will hopefully eradicate this and not impact our important ones.

 I'll leave this open until we confirm these are not coming thru anymore.
