 @neteler confirmed he can get into the container on osgeo8 and rsync is
 working.

 I have repointed grass.osgeo.org and www.grass.osgeo.org to osgeo8.  I'll
 shut down the one on osgeo7 in about 2-3 days, to give enough time for dns
 propagation and then close this ticket out once I have done that.
