 1) Change PAIR domain CNAME for grasswiki.osgeo.org from
 web.osgeo3.osgeo.org to web.osgeo8.osgeo.org

 2) moved osgeo3 lineitem from osgeo3 to osgeo8 in
 https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC_Service_Status#grass-wiki

 3) Updated ansible osgeo4 backup scripts and pushed.
