[SAC] [Hosting] NOTICE: Campus-wide power outage (currently on generator power)

All,

I wanted to give everyone a heads up that OSU is currently experiencing a
campus-wide unplanned power outage [1]. As of right now, we should be on
generator power and should have plenty of fuel until power is restored.
Current ETA for power to be restored is 3:00PM PST.

This *does* impact the few remaining systems we have running on the OCP
hardware in another building that does not have generator power.
