Comment:

 Lance is done with the work.  All 16 new drives are in place now and
 osgeo8 and osgeo9 now each have 6TB of space to work with after the RAID 6
 reconfig.

 I'm going to expand the ZFS to 4 TB on both, but I'll leave 2 TB since we
 may need to use a different partition type other than ZFS.  ZFS isn't
 great for docker and might not be the best for full VMS either.
