 I've setup home for geowebcache.osgeo.org

 There is a folder in osgeo3-geo-docs  -- /var/www/geowebcache  and it is
 owned by geoserverdocs.

 Once you have documents in there, they should show up at
 https://geowebcache.osgeo.org

 Let me know if you run into issues.  Feel free to reopen if you have
 issues.
