 I have this set up now as https://video.osgeo.org
 Anyone with an OSGeo LDAP account can login and upload videos.

 Still some kinks to work out like having certain groups of ldap user have
 admin rights
 configuring livestream and logging ips correctly.

 Also have to figure out why videos I marked public are not showing.
