 I upgraded the os from bullseye to bookworm and also peertube from 5.0.1
 to 5.2.0.

 There is some issue I haven't figured out.  I think there is a sequence of
 start issue because when I rebooted https://video.osgeo.org  did not come
 back.

 I had to in the peertube container

 systemctl restart nginx
 }}}

 I'm going to keep this ticket open until I figure out the issue.
