 Can confirm. I see nothing wrong with robots.txt (which is missing, except
 for a meta tag) or the main page, except maybe this tag, which seems
 unfortunate, but shouldn't be a problem:

 <meta property="og:description" content="Sorry, but you do not have
 permission to view this content." />
 }}}

 And it doesn't even show up for {{{site:osgeo.org}}}, which is even more
 surprising.
