[SAC] [Hosting] oslsw1 host migrationg (final one!)

Apologies for the late notice, but we're going to be moving over the last
set of hosts from oslsw1 to our newer switching infrastructure. This will
be starting now and continuing throughout the day. The actual outage per
host should only last a few seconds.
