 Seems to be just google though.

 I tried duckduckgo - https://duckduckgo.com/?va=t&t=hi&q=osgeo&ia=web
 and osgeo.org comes up first.

 Also tried -
 https://www.ecosia.org/search?method=chromedefaultnewtab&q=osgeo
 and osgeo.org comes up first.

 You know how long this issue has been going on?
