 So to understand the request. This is for info-europe at foss4g.org to
 forward incoming messages to contact-foss4ge at osgeo.org.

 That contact-foss4ge at osgeo.org is already a functioning alias which is
 redirecting to tonis.kardi at gmail.com and evelyn.uuemaa at ut.ee, and we
 should also add merli.ilves at ut.ee there as well, right?
