 Done had to run. I have steps documented in
 https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/osgeo9/wiki/peertube-container#upgrading-
 peertube-5-0-1

 Basic steps were
 {{{
 cd /var/www/peertube/peertube-latest/scripts && sudo -H -u peertube
 ./upgrade.sh

 #and change the /var/www/peertube/config/production.yaml

 It was easier to start with the example yaml file and cut back in our
 changes, the database, smtp, and proxy settings.
