 Howard,

 Sorry it appears Pairs doesn't handle .dev domains. I put in a request
 cause I couldn't pick .dev for domains, and they said you can't create or
 transfer them over on their setup.  Which seemed odd to me cause they had
 a bunch of more obscure ones like .pet and .pink.
