 In the event of hardware issues or need for a hard reboot, the direct
 access to the KVM of the bare medal servers is needed.

 The KVM interface is only accessible from the OSUOSL private network thus
 necessitating a need for an OpenVPN cert.

 I'll request one for Vicky and walk her thru connecting to these from the
 KVM.
