   * Currently we do not have a **Journal committee**
 * Second link does not exist http://journal.osgeo.org

 From reading, I think an attempt to create the Journal committee was done.
 but never finalized. (please correct me if I am wrong in a comment on this
 issue)

 * No journal committee exists
