 Okay I think the issue is something is locking it.  I noticed for example
 the snapshots that are expired are still there because for some reason
 they can't be deleted and since those were piling up it ran out of
 allocated space.

 I'll probably have to restart osgeo7 to resolve.  In meantime I've moved
 grass back to osgeo8. Seems I can't even rename it so I just stopped it.

 Please try connecting now using osgeo8-grass.  You might need to wipe out
 your known keys.

 I think maybe I should just keep it on osgeo8 for now.  I'm planning to
 upgrade osgeo7 to latest ubuntu and will be easier if there is less stuff
 on it.

 Feel free to reopen if you still have issues.
