 As people have mentioned a lot and noted in #2923 The LDAPMerge and
 WikiToLDAP plugin is broken for new users.  We've been fixing as we went
 along.  I'm going to focus on fixing permananently by just removing it or
 upgrade.

 Hope to focus on that this week.
