[SAC] [Hosting] oslsw1 host migration - June 29-30 2023

Apologies for sending another email related to this. Hopefully this is the
last for today!

The scheduling conflict was resolved and we're going to resume the moves
starting after 12:30PM PDT today. We _should_ be able to finish these today
but will let you know if anything changes.

Keep in mind that we still have a set of hosts on a third switch that still
need to be moved, but this is waiting on us getting a replacement switch in
place which won't happen until mid-July.
