 Looks like there is some issue with User Groups.

 E.g. for one of the students, the User Group says "Member of: Accounts in
 progress of converting"
 (https://wiki.osgeo.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AUserRights&user=Squarege).
 It should be this instead: "Member of: Accounts that have been merged".
